According to Article 45 of the current Statute of the University of Padova (Issued with D.R. rep. No. 3276 of 16.12.2011), the Department's governing bodies are the Director, the Council, and the Board (“Giunta”).

Articles 43, 44-48 of the Statute describe the functions of the Department, its bodies and committees, as well as their composition (Director, Council, Board, current Committees).
